1. General Provisions
These Terms of Business govern the rights and obligations between Euro Business Consulting (hereinafter referred to as "EBC") and the users of the services, business partners and visitors to the website.
By using the website and/or contracting services, the user confirms that he/she is familiar with these Terms of Business and that he/she fully accepts them.

3. Description of services
EBC provides business, financial and strategic consulting services, including but not limited to:

The detailed scope of services is defined by an offer, contract or other form of business agreement.
4. Contracting services
Services are contracted through a written contract, offer, purchase order or electronic communication between EBC and the client.
The client is obliged to provide accurate and complete information necessary for quality performance of the service. EBC is not responsible for the consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the client.
5. Prices and payment method
The prices of services are defined individually, depending on the type, complexity and scope of the service.
Payment is made according to the terms specified in the offer, contract or invoice. In the event of late payment, EBC reserves the right to charge statutory default interest and suspend further provision of services until the obligations are settled.
6. Responsibility
EBC provides services professionally and conscientiously, in accordance with applicable laws and professional rules.
EBC cannot guarantee the approval of financing, the success of projects, the realization of grants or business results that depend on third parties, institutions, market circumstances or decisions of competent authorities.
The client is responsible for the timely submission of the necessary documentation and information.
7. Data confidentiality
All information and documentation provided during business cooperation are considered confidential and will be used exclusively for the purpose of providing the contracted services, unless otherwise prescribed by law.
8. Intellectual Property
The content of the website, documentation, analyses, strategies, presentations and other materials created by EBC are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.
Copying, distribution or use of the content for commercial purposes is not permitted without prior written permission.
9. Cancellation of cooperation
Each contracting party may cancel the cooperation in accordance with the terms defined in the contract or agreement between the parties.
In the event of early termination of cooperation, the client is obliged to pay for the costs and services performed up to the moment of termination.
10. Use of the website
Users of the website undertake to use the content and functionalities of the website in a legal and responsible manner.
The following are prohibited:
using the website for illegal activities
unauthorized access to data or systems
distribution of malicious content
violating the security and functionality of the website
11. Protection of personal data
Protection of personal data is regulated by a separate Privacy Policy available on the website.
12. Changes to Terms of Business
EBC reserves the right to change these Terms of Business at any time to comply with legal regulations or business changes.
Updated versions will be published on the website and will enter into force on the date of publication.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Business are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia.
The competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
